Specialization in applying an EDIRA lens (equity, diversity, inclusion, reconciliation, and accessibility), including the concept of etuaptmumk, or “two-eyed seeing” (a term developed by Elder Albert Marshall of Eskasoni First Nation, to refer to the use of the strengths of both Indigenous and Western ways of knowing to carry out our work in a good way).
